The ducting throughout the house was professionally cleaned in November 2015.
An air filter is located below the heating unit in the garage and can be changed easily.
It's important to make sure the cover to the filter compartment is closed and sealed to prevent air from the garage from entering and potentially bypassing the filter.
The Air Conditioning breaker is located on the garage breaker panel next to the AC unit.
Taylor Refridgeration & AC installed the current AC unit in April of 2014. More information is located on heating unit in the garage including maintenance records and contact info.
The air conditioning thermostat is in the hallway.
